Do you offer prints or a print service?
No, the studio offers only digital items.
How do I get my digital files?
Once payment goes through eCrater will send a confirmation email containing the link to your files to your email registered with ecrater.com (usually within less than 24 hours). Don't forget to check your spam/junk folder, sometimes the email gets filtered there. Please feel free to get in touch if you have any issues with the files.
Can I return/exchange items?
No. Due to the nature of digital downloads returns/exchanges are not available. If you have any issues with your file, please feel free to contact me.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently only accept payments through PayPal.
How was the art created?
All art was created digitally.
